waffle.wiki is a free food encyclopedia covering 5,000 foods in 8 languages. Our goal is to make nutritional data accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Data source

All nutritional data is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central, including Foundation Foods and SR Legacy datasets. The data is in the public domain (CC0).

How it works

Nutritional data is rebuilt periodically from USDA datasets. Each rebuild processes all 5,000 food items and generates pages in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese.
